Outer Spaces, Inc. (“Outer Spaces,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information when you visit outerspaces.co, submit an inquiry, or interact with us through marketing, events, or customer support.
Information We Collect
- Contact information: name, email, phone number, mailing address, and ZIP code.
- Project information: product interests, project location, timeline, property details, and any photos or plans you share.
- Communications: questions, feedback, and support requests sent through our forms, email, or social media.
- Purchase and service information: quotes, orders, payment status, delivery, installation, and warranty details.
- Business information: company name, role, and service area for dealer, installer, press, or partnership inquiries.
- Marketing preferences: your subscription choices and interactions with our emails and ads.
- Website activity: IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, and referral sources. Your IP address may indicate your approximate location.
We may also receive information from dealers, installers, event organizers, and marketing partners, and combine it with information you provide. Please only share another person’s information with their permission.
How We Use Information
We use personal information to respond to inquiries, manage early-access sign-ups, understand your project, connect you with dealers or installers, coordinate quotes, purchases, delivery, installation, and support, communicate with business partners and press, send marketing (subject to your preferences), measure advertising and improve our website, and protect our systems and meet legal obligations.
Submitting a question or support request does not, by itself, mean you consent to marketing text messages.
Your Privacy Choices and Rights
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email. If you opt in to marketing texts, reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

Information Retention
We keep information as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, including active projects, warranty or service obligations, legal recordkeeping, and resolving disputes. After that, we delete or de-identify it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information, but no system is completely secure.

Our site may link to dealer websites, social platforms, financing providers, or other third-party services. Their own privacy policies apply to information you share with them.
